An attractive very spacious single storey cottage converted from the old milking parlour. The entrance is through a fully fitted kitchen, which overlooks the gardens, and through an arch into a living room with barn oak laminate floor and a Cornish slate wood burning open fireplace. Double glazed French doors open onto a southerly aspect fenced garden, with views over rolling fields and the Little Petherick creek valley. The patio can be lit at night by two outside lights. Patio furniture (table and chairs) is provided for guests use.
The large master bedroom has a double bed, vanity unit and, when required, an additional single bed. The second bedroom has twin beds, which are arranged end to end. The attractive bathroom/wc completes the accommodation with a quality Mira thermostatic mixer shower over the bath.
