Directions
Trevorrick Farm is located approximately 1 mile from the village of St Issey and about 4 miles, by road, from Padstow. We are clearly marked on both OS Landranger map 200 and OS Explorer map 0106 at grid reference SW922732.
By car, there are two main options traveling west on the A30 to get to Trevorrick:
Option 1:
Travelling west leave the A30 shortly after crossing Bodmin moor for the A389 Bodmin town. Follow the road into Bodmin town centre where you turn right at a mini roundabout just past the church (also on your right). Follow this road through the town until you come to another mini roundabout by a clock tower. Turn right here signposted A389 Wadebridge. Follow this road around the edge of Wadebridge until a roundabout where it joins the A39. Cross straight over this roundabout. This road now takes you over a new bridge crossing the Camel estuary (wonderful views). Follow the route from Option 2 paragraph 2.
Options 2:
Travelling west leave the A30 shortly after entering Cornwall for the A395 and A39 sign posted Camelford. Pass through Camelford and on reaching the edge of Wadebridge (at a roundabout) turn right sign posted Padstow, keeping on the A39.
Cross the new bridge over the Camel and follow the A39 up the hill to the north of Wadebridge. Just over the brow of the hill turn right onto the A389 sign posted Padstow. In just under 2 miles, in the centre of St Issey, turn right at the "Ring O'Bells" public house onto the road sign posted Burgois. At the T junction in half a mile turn left signposted Trevorrick / Sea Mills. Carry straight on at the next cross roads, keeping the "Pickwick Inn" on your far right. Trevorrick Farm is on the left hand side of the lane 0.5 mile from the Pickwick Inn.
Option 1 passes through some very attractive countryside (Bodmin moor for example) and isn't as complicated as it sounds.
Option 2 passes through less impressive countryside and requires less navigating; there are no towns to pass through other than Camelford, which is itself linear. The choice is yours.
