The indoor heated swimming pool measures 32'x16'x4' deepThe heated indoor swimming pool measures approximately 32' long x 16' wide x 4' deep throughout. It is open from the Easter holidays until the end of October (to avoid disturbance to other guests normal opening hours, subject to pool maintenance, are 10am to 8pm, or dusk if earlier). Within the swimming pool building are areas for the younger children to play with the wooden train set or other large toys, play on a small trampoline and read books. Slightly older children can play pool and upstairs table tennis. A full sized snooker table is available for adults. Also a "professional" table football game - great fun for all ages.

The childrens play area with climbing frames and swing

Outside there are climbing frames and swings and a paved area for the trundle toys. We have a 14' trampoline which is always very popular. Plenty of picnic benches are provided near to and further away from the play areas to relax and enjoy eating al fresco. For smaller children we have a large sandpit with 2 tons of sand!! New in 2007was a large play (Kidbine) combine harvester for the children, which reflects the history of Trevorrick as a grain farm under previous owners.

Whilst we are not a working farm, we do have some ducks, bantams and geese and a rabbit. Helping to feed the ducks is popular with children and adults love them too! Our summer resident pigs prove very popular, and on those long summer nights, "owl" watching has proved a popular pastime, as for the last 2 years we have had a breeding pair of barn owls.  We hope they will breed this year as we have recently installed an "Owlcam".

Just part of Trevorrick farm gardens - plenty of space to relax

Although some cottages (The Old Round House, Badgers Way and Credis View) have their own private gardens, there are plenty of other areas to relax and unwind. Children meanwhile can find other areas to play on the climbing frames and slides, or a field to fly a kite. Trevorrick has plenty of space to relax.

A separate room with comprehensive tourist information, pay phone and washing machines, tumble drier and sink is also available, and outside is a rotary clothes airer.

In the village of St Issey, there are two pubs (The Ring O'Bells and the Pickwick Inn). The Seafood Restaurant in Padstow of TV fame, run by Rick Stein, has an international reputation. However, it is essential to book well in advance. The closest pub / restaurant is the Pickwick Inn, half a mile along our quiet lane. The Pickwick, which is restaurant quality using locally sourced ingredients where possible, always has glowing reports from our guests, and we are receiving increasing recommendations for the Ring O'Bells, a friendly traditional village inn, following a change of ownership last year.

A tennis court is available for hire (approx £5 per hour) at the Pickwick Inn (0.5 mile from Trrevorrick Farm).
