Serendipity

Serendipity is always popular with families with young children as it is all on one level with no steps. It is almost suitable for people with limited mobility (please phone to discuss suitability). It is a spacious single storey cottage, with attractive bow windows in the lounge and master bedroom, converted from old stone and slate stores and overlooking the gardens. 

The entrance, through the stable door, leads into the spacious lounge which has an exposed Cornish slate wall with a cosy log burning stove. With the TV there is DVD and video, there is also a CD/radio. A selection of videos for all ages and board games are provided.

The cottage is open plan, and windows on both sides, give it extra light. The kitchen and dining area are at one end. The kitchen, in a modern maple effect, is fully equipped with fridge freezer, microwave etc, and the oak table, which is also extendable, comfortably seats 4.

The master bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has twin beds. As both bedrooms are large, either can accommodate an additional single bed, and of course a cot,  if required. The bathroom has a quality thermostatic shower over the bath.

Patio furniture is provided on a terrace in front of the cottage.
