We've thought of it all
Trevorrick toddler farmstays
We like to think we go the extra mile. It starts as soon as you enter your cottage. Toddlers will be thrilled by the great range of indoor toys Melanie chooses for your little one you will find in your cottage for arrival. We have everything you would expect for peace of mind and to reduce packing, and more: plastic cutlery and crockery, bed guards, cots, high chairs, plastic steps, potties, toilet seats and black out curtains in all twin rooms...... With our outdoor range of facilities including our four farm themed play vehicles - "Defender", big red tractor, large "Kidbine" harvester and a mobile farm shop you will find you don't need to jump into the car all the time, as there is so much to keep little ones occupied on the farm. Toddlers adore the two play houses filled with all sorts of goodies including play kitchen and tool bench. They love our range of sit in Little Tikes cars, our range of Roly tractors and we have a small toddler swing and climbing frame as well as a giant sandpit. The
swimming pool (Easter to end of October) is heated to 29 degrees. Though at the end of the day your toddler may well be most happy just watching our free range ducks and chickens wandering around our farm. It's the simple things. Even little ones like to join in animal feeding in the mornings and can even help walk a sheep on a rope.
Toddler Friendly
We know how much packing is needed when one travels with young children. The following is a selection of the items available for use in your cottage, at no extra charge. Please note, we only have limited numbers of some of these items, so if you need anything in particular (even a particular type of toy!) please ask in advance. Where items are limited, it is first come, first served. Cots/highchairs should be reserved at time of booking. Many other items will be in the cottage on your arrival, but if not please ask. Sometimes items have been removed for checking/cleaning/replacement, or by mistake! However, we cannot guarantee that any item will be available, unless it has specifically been reserved in advance.
