We have always really enjoyed performances by the Kneehigh Theatre performing in the Asylum at the Lost Gardens of Heligan, but UBU-Karaoke sounded different. Very different. And it was! Mrs Ubu is played by Mike Shepherd, founder of Kneehigh Theatre. Mr Ubu is played by Katy Owen. The full cast can be found on the Kneehigh website below.
We were lucky having tickets for the dress rehearsal. Wow what a night. It was a fantastic performance, with laughter, great tunes to sign along to and lots of audience participation. What’s more, there is a bar open throughout the performance. Go and see this and have a great night out.
