Badgers Way is an attractive and spacious single-storey cottage with an optional private hot tub (discount if not required) and enclosed south-facing garden. It was originally converted from the old farm milking parlour, and gets its name from the many badgers in the local area.

Cottage Information
Kitchen and Living Area
Enter the stable door into the kitchen, which includes dishwasher, 60cm ceramic cooker fridge freezer and everything you will need including cafetiere. An arched opening with one step leads into the living room with barn oak laminate flooring, a Cornish slate open fireplace and a smart LED TV with Google streaming. The large solid oak farmhouse table seats 6 and children can enjoy sitting in the window seat. The attractive dresser contains plenty of board games and the book cases plenty of books for all ages, and there are two comfortable Stressless two seater leather reclining sofas. Double-glazed French doors lead to the garden.
Bedrooms and Bathroom
The bathroom has a Mira thermostatic shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin.
Outside Space and Hot Tub
Double-glazed French doors open from the living area onto a southerly aspect fenced garden, with views over rolling fields and the Little Petherick Creek valley. The patio can be lit at night by an outside light and patio furniture is provided for guest use. The hot tub is situated outisde the French doors. There is gated access directly to our “sheep playing field”.
